Tezpur University, established on January 21, 1994, is a Central University located in Tezpur, Assam, India. The university was founded as a result of the Assam Accord and operates under the motto "Specialized Knowledge Promotes Creativity."
Campus
The university's campus spans 262 acres in Napaam, approximately 15 kilometers east of Tezpur. This urban campus is well-connected by road and rail, with the nearest airport offering flights to major cities like Kolkata and Guwahati.
